Hi, we are Tammy and Chris, Darlaston-based, fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapists, trained in past-life regression (PLR), Reiki, and crystal healing.
Tammy specialises in hypnotherapy working with Children, Young People and Families, which she has both experience and relevant degree.
We work from home in quiet and comfortable surroundings. We provide a caring, professional, and confidential service for children, young people, and adults. We offer understanding without judgement; we are very easy to talk to, as well as being great listeners, and we genuinely care about you and your situation.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can be extremely effective for treating a multitude of issues and for supporting new positive ways of thinking and behaviours.
During hypnosis, you are sat comfortably and guided into a deep state of relaxation, very similar to when meditating. Once in this state, your subconscious mind becomes very alert and the conscious mind is put to rest. The subconscious mind is then very receptive to receiving new thoughts and information that are positive in content. A session lasts approximately 1 hour.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle and natural energy healing system which can be used to target specific health concerns, or as a relaxation technique to promote general wellbeing.
During a session the practitioner channels energy through their hands, placing them onto the body in a sequence of positions. It is carried out whilst fully clothed, sitting or lying down and takes approximately 1 hour.
Past life regression (PLR)
During a PLR it is necessary to be placed in a deep state of hypnosis - this is required for you to be able to access past life memories contained in your subconscious mind. You are then guided through one or more of your previous lives, visiting significant events that maybe impacting on your present life. This then enables you to resolve any issues you may have been experiencing previously, this could include phobias, unwanted behavioural patterns, physical and emotional conditions. The process takes approximately between 3 - 4 hours.
Crystal Healing
Crystal healing is a gentle but powerful healing treatment that can improve your health and wellbeing. Different crystals have distinctive properties that can focus particular forms of energy healing for specific issues. The treatment itself is extremely relaxing and leaves you feeling much calmer and at peace, the treatment lasts approximately 1 hour.
Sound Healing
Sound healing uses pitches, tones and vibrations to promote healing and relaxation. It works by creating a vibration that positively impacts the cells, tissues and organs throughout the body. A 32" Chau gong or tuning forks are used during a treatment dependent upon the area of focus. A session lasts approximately 1 hour.
